Tentakitty creature design
If you know me at all, one of the first things you’ll probably learn about me, is I love cats. Im in LOVE with tigers and snow leopards and sand cats, and i could go on, but i cant KEEP one of those, so i have to have do like the locals do and keep a domestic cat…*fiiiine* – but the other thing im really digging right now is tentacles. So one day I wondered, as I do…what would a cat with tentacles look like? uh…AWESOME! Process was finished and coloured with chameleon blending markers. I’m (eventually) going to be covering a wall in my art room with small hexagonal canvases each featuring an artwork of mine, i put acrylic to canvas and painted a copy for my wall. This will eventually be going to print for garments, stickers and wall art, I took the time to redraw and render him digitally. You can see I developed the design further by giving him a third eye. Really enjoying adding a ‘twisted oddities’ feel to these pieces..
